Were looking for a Vehicle Wrap Installer.
Sharpvue is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Wrap Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for precision and craftsmanship, along with experience working with vinyl graphics and wraps. This role involves preparing and installing vinyl wraps on a variety of vehicles while ensuring a flawless finish and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation & Installation:
• Clean and prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
• Measure, cut, and apply vinyl wraps to vehicles, including trailers, and more.
• Apply vinyl wraps accurately, avoiding bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections.
Maintenance & Quality Control:
• Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed.
Graphic Handling:
• Work with pre-printed graphics or create custom vinyl designs if required.
• Operate plotters and other equipment to cut and prepare vinyl materials.
Customer Interaction:
• Consult with clients to ensure designs meet their specifications and preferences.
• Explain proper maintenance and care for vinyl wraps.
General Duties:
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols when handling tools and chemicals.
Requirements:
• Prior experience with vinyl wrap installation or related work is preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and cutting blades.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Knowledge of vehicle surfaces, contours, and vinyl application techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in vinyl wrapping or equivalent experience.
• Experience in graphic design, printers and operating vinyl cutting machines.
Work Environment:
• Indoor workshop or outdoor settings, depending on project requirements.
• Hands-on, fast-paced environment requiring teamwork and multitasking.
